A perfect STFC location is a hard court with the following qualities:

Must-Haves

⏱️ Certainty of tenure → consistently empty or ability to be permitted / rented

➕ Large space, big enough for 5v5 (50-60 ft wide X 75-90 ft long). Think: large basketball court.

➖ Surface is level

✅ High quality surface → no cracks/holes, good drainage, no potholes, no loose gravel

⚽ Good ball retention, i.e. surrounded by a wall or fence on all or some sides

🚧 Absence of physical obstructions

📍 Central location in the city

🚊 Located near public transportation / parking, depending on the city

🚓  In a safe, well-lit neighborhood
